CHARACTER & FITNESS HEARINGS (BEFORE BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS)

If your Character and Fitness to practice law has been called into question by the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners, a lot is at stake. Voors & Kenefick, P.C. can represent you before the Board’s Character and Fitness Committee to assist you in obtaining licensure. We ensure that you are thoroughly prepared for your hearing by assisting in gathering the evidence needed for a strong case and preparing a compelling brief. We also assist with preparing witnesses and gathering the necessary exhibits. 

We will accompany you at the hearing, prepare opening and closing statements and presentations of evidence. If an appeal is necessary, we can file and prepare an appeal on your behalf. We will fight to get you the best outcome possible.
